Welcome to Andy Lau's Web Page

I am currently an assistant professor in the Physics Department at Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
I received my Physics Ph.D. in the year of 2000 at the University of California at Santa Barbara,
under the supervision of Prof. Philip A. Pincus.  I then did a post-doc in Paris at the College de France
in the condensed matter group headed by Prof. P.-G. de Gennes, and another post-doc with
Prof. Tom C. Lubensky in the soft condensed matter group at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
